Many of its inhabitants move to Western Europe for short-term, insecure jobs, in the hope of a better life in the village.
This constant to-ing and fro-ing affects the lives of every family. Through the intimate landscape of those who keep the village alive, the film tells the story of Natalia, Alina, Andrei, Ioan and Niculae.
